This is what the plan is based on that:My Water:Name: Syracuse, New YorkPH: 7.1Calcium: 31.0Magnesium: 11.0Sodium: 17.5Sulfate: 27.0Chloride: 27.0Bicarbonate: 0.0I plan on treating this with 1/2 (2 grams) teaspoon of gypsum and 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of baking sodaTravishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08293454329758079937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3537147682557117770.post-53266131591215910912007-08-03T19:59:00.000-06:002007-08-03T19:59:00.000-06:002007-08-03T19:59:00.000-06:00Thanks guys. Its just a matter of time before the s...Thanks guys. Its just a matter of time before the science side of AG brewing becomes interesting and applicable. I figure two strips are better than one, and they usually work well to give a more accurate figure.Sometimes Ted Danylukhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08416906043519452478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3537147682557117770.post-18248235242595024942007-08-03T14:08:00.000-06:002007-08-03T14:08:00.000-06:002007-08-03T14:08:00.000-06:00Ted,Thanks for the post, that was just what I was ...Ted,Thanks for the post, that was just what I was looking for. I am going to print out that and the excellent (as always) Palmer bit. I figure before my next batch, I am going to go over everything and come up with a game plan. That's good stuff, as always. Thanks a lot, I will keep you posed on how it goes. Cheers! Be careful of the wind out your way.Travishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08293454329758079937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3537147682557117770.post-8807106166541287662007-08-02T19:18:00.000-06:002007-08-02T19:18:00.000-06:002007-08-02T19:18:00.000-06:00Great stuff!
